Pull Ups won't do anything. I'd reccomend Crunches, Reverse Crunches, and Side Bends. That will sculp great abs. (Along with a good diet and cardio). Otherwise check out www.menshealth.com or www.bodybuilding.com for some great ab articles. Thats where i go, and I have the abs =). Good luck!

Tore a back muscle doing something similar to "pull-up" fitness. Called flying sit-ups when I ripped a back muscle at 15. Trust me, an unforgettable experience. Truly, unforgettable. 10 years unforgettable. Very traumatic. aka, stop that nonsense NOW.
