Is it possible to lose more 15 pds surrounded by a month by jus walking and exercising every sunshine??

i want to lose 15 pnd b4 august 6th but i have trouble next to my knee so i cnt run, but i do bearing and diet. so is it possible?? if not how masses lbs can i lose in a month??

Not likely. I guess it depends on how tons calories you are eating. If you aren't intake a enough, your metablism if truth be told slows down and stores food rather than burn it, so it's counter-productive. If you do have power over to lose 15 lbs, you won't be losing fat but fairly water and muscle. 1-2 lbs a week is heatlhy, so i'd speak around 8-10 lbs in one month, but tha tmeans a LOT of walking, because walking doesn't burn much.
NO. try lifting weights or yoga or pilates and munch through healthy. only just walking isnt going to make you lose more than 15 pounds or even close to 15 pounds. sorry
it really depends on your metabolism. I could probably lose 15 pounds surrounded by one month if i just changed my diet and exercised close to you do. But everyone is different. I would suggest modifying your diet and doing a lot of crunches. You may not lose 15 pounds due to the gain of muscle. Just try as sturdy as you can, but I am sure you are beautiful newly the way you are.
