beans, pulses, tofu, quorn, nuts and seeds
lots of beans, soy products, whey protein, seaweed, lots of non-meat materials enjoy protein.
Try any of the protein powders or Meal Replacement powders you find in GNC or any other supplement store.
Also soy protein (veggie burgers, etc,)
Tofue (Spelling??)
protein shakes. i would assume. at least possible, if i was lacto-vegetarian, that's what i would do. but nuts have protein, so do beans.
pellet, pulses, potaotes, cheese, beans, nuts and physical activity
You can guzzle any kind of nut, beans (variety), and eggs to entitle a few. Soy is also another awesome way to affix protein. But you don't need a integral lot of protein either. I will munch through two boiled eggs (not the yolk), a piece of toast (wheat), and some fruit for breakfast.
Lunch a veggie sub with green pesto and a yogurt.
Dinner something from the frozen bit in adjectives grocery stores which carry Amy's kitchen for lacto-vegetarian and vegans or something from morning stars and boca. They all own veggie burger, burritos, chik patties, chik nugget, etc. There is not meat and they are made with soy products.
I am lacto-vegetarian. I know that beans and rice make a complete protein.
Of course I suggest you consult a physician beforehand starting any new diet.
Buy natural if you can. I also blend tofu (bean product) with rice too. Sometimes I drink a elevated quality Rice protein by Nutribiotic, or Whey Protein powder by Solgar surrounded by either almond or rice milk.
I also liquid daily, carrot, apple, hammer, celery is my favorite. I eat fresh almonds, sunflower seeds too. Whole crumb cereals and breads.
If you shift the route of vegetarianism, I suggest you take vitamin B12. I transport B Total (liquid form) daily since it is not found surrounded by sufficient amounts in plant foods. It is available at robustness food stores. If you'd like to find out more going on for healthy living I suggest you check out www.ultimatewellnessguide.com. That is my favorite net on healthy living.
