Why does my weight flucuate by 2lbs every day?
Answer:
This is most likely to be water weight. My weight also varies from day-to-day.
If your water weight concerns you, drink around 8 glasses (or 2L) every day. Your body tends to store water, and in turn, this bloats you and may make you seem a couple of lbs heavier than what you actually are. By drinking around 2L of water per day - your body knows that it is getting a regular supply, and therefore has no reason to store any excess.
Because this is normal. You weight will vary depending on what time of day it is and what you ate and what you are wearing. You should never weigh yourself more than once a week and always at the same time of day preferrbly naked.
Because you have two pounds of fecal matter in you and you are dumping it all at once. Try going to the bathroom more frequently.
Not just me then! Mine fluctuates by up to 4lb a day. No doubt other answerers will reveal all...
Your weight can fluctuate for many reasons, I would think mostly because of water intake variation and scale inaccuracy. Other factors could include stress and food intake. Also, don't weigh yourself at night, do it in the morning: a day's eating, drinking, and working out may have a big effect on your true weight.
Its normal to fluctuate, plus scales arent that accurate so its unlikely they will be the same one day to the next and it will depend on the amount of water our bodies are holding onto that day. If that varies so does our weight. Its best to look at your weight over a week and not daily because it is so inaccurate and can lead to confusion and disappointment.
lucky you! =)
This is a normal variation, it depends on what you eat and drink each day and if you have recently been to the loo.
