I really wanna lose weight and give up sweets.?

i am trying so hard 2 loose weight i exercise but after i excercise i go back 2 eating sweets, i live in a house filled with sweet foods because my other family members buy it and i cant tell them not to buy it but when they do buy it i cant resist not eating it and it is stopping me from loosing weight
plz help ( u might get best answer)

It's called "self control." We all have to be in control of whatever we put in our mouths. Of course it is not easy when there are all sorts of treats around. But try to limit how much of the sweets you actually eat. Like maybe eat the sweets only 2x's per week...that way you can control WHEN you eat them and have something to look forward to.
try making your own healthier sweet foods using spleda sugar. or you can buy healthier sweets. I personally like the Heathy Choice Fudge Bars. They're sweet and not fatty.
Self control. Do more exercise too.
try exercising some self control with yourself. you cant tell them to stop buying it, you're right. but nobody is telling you to keep eating it either, thats your own fault.
Buy alternatives to your favorite sweets. Like, if you like ice cream, get frozen yogurt. Weight Watchers makes lots of great ice cream desserts and candies as well. They taste great but are much less fat. You can always ask your family to keep sweets in another place or to try not to eat in front of you. You just have to make up your mind that you aren't going to eat them and then do it! Good luck!
If you sub the sweets for yogart with a banana or a few pieces of cantaloupe or even go to walmart try the south beach diet bars or protein bars no sugar high protein taste great. I like to make fruit salads cause I love sweets even put a little sweet n low in it. but discipline yourself when you get that craving grab a healthy sweet food
we are craving for something because that is how our auto mechanism body works. just like smoking. our body used to having a smoke once a while and will ask for it when it is the time we should take a puff. if you think of sweet then your brain while tell your body to have crave for sweet. it is all auto. what you need to do is let your body to adjust to new environment slowly. reduce sweet little by little until you take only 1 or 2 times per week. body will adjust to it. trust me your won't craving for sweet it you do that. do you know that i never believe that i would not smoke at all. i've been addicted to smoke for 20 years but have to stop because my conditions is getting worse. i'm fasting every other day for the first two weeks i stopped smoking. and thank god i don't have hand trembling anymore when thinking of getting a smoke.i feel my life is more meaningful when i'm not addicted to anything. hope it helps.
