hey ur 5'3 and 116 i.e. pretty good, u don't really involve to lose weight, but we adjectives want to lose weight. me too i want to lose counterbalance. im 5'1 and 105 pounds. im 14 yrs old resembling you. I used to be 110. This is a pretty easy diet i tried. Oprah said one diet, dont guzzle after 8 o'clock. But i changed it to 5. I tried this.
For one week i just ate majority. But after 5 o' clock , the kitchen is closed for me, i brush my teeth, don't eat anything a short time ago drink water. Maybe 2-3 cups everyday. Lost 5 pounds within one week.
Your weight depends on ur height/genes u can't be 5'8 and be 100 pounds.
I also tried running for 20 minutes and ablounge for 20 minutes. 3 days a week. Try to cut out the unwanted items food. not completely. I'm also trying to give up chocolate, i know it sounds crazy, a short time ago like to impart myself a challenge. I aim think in the region of it, when we eat cast-offs food, think of adjectives the trans fat, and the cast-offs that we're putting in our bodies we don't obligation. IT sounds cheesy but im not saying don't get through any junk food at adjectives. Limit yourself, try to make better food choices.

I am in impossible to tell apart boat. I think exercising as much as you can and pushing yourself...and consumption fruits and veggies...and small meals. adjectives doesnt work in the long run and yeah thats just about it. No easy approach. It sucks. I know.
That's a good body substance lol, Maybe 5-7 pounds but 20 will bring you under 100 I wouldn't suggest it.
You're not overweight. You don't requirement to lose that much. However, if you want to lose cut out any junk you are intake, be sure to eat lots of fruits, veggies, and drink your dampen. Then exercise even if it is just walking. The counterweight probably will not come off awfully fast though because you are currently at a fine weight.

Okay okay, you can have up to close to 15 lbs of water freight on. I did because I lost it in resembling 2 weeks once I quit an anti depressant I was on. I don't know if period cause this much but they do motivation your weight to step up and to make you surface bloated/look bigger. Some people dance up a jean size on their period.
