What foods can i devour for a week to hold on to in shape?

portions are a big deal so could someone please impart advice to what foods i could devour for breakfast,
lunch and
dinner and
even snacks
and i'd be VERY grateful if someone could give me portion sizings! im trying to be full-bodied and this would really help thankyou surrounded by anticipation
