Quick approach to lose freight and tone your body?
How long do you deduce it'll take me to lose 10 pounds? (at my age 100 pounds is ordinary not anorexic haha)

I play hockey twice a week or more
I play soccer 3 times a week (2 practices 1 game)
I play volleyball in arts school
I'm going to start running 3 times a week and maybe swimming. I will not jump lower than 100 though. Thank you! I just want to know how long it might take me and what is the best agency to lose it in that ammount of time.

Answers: Since you exercise regularly already I'd activity to say that greatly of your weight is muscle. It'd be practical if you'd add your age because what's appropriate for a 13 year ancient and a 17 yr old are two different things.
For toning of the arms fluffy arm weights (anything 5lbs and below)
crunches and reverse crunches
push ups
lunges
Try using something (age appropriate) website that will give you trial exercises and tips. My favorite magazine and website, even though I'm 19, is Seventeen. In the magazine they come out with clean exercises every month & give tips on how to devour right at all times. On the website they own videos to really show you. Youtube is also a pretty appropriate one because you can type in and go through different exercises and there is usually other someone who's put up the correct way to do this and that. Also Sparkpeople.com is pretty compliant (they also have video on Youtube)
Do not worry something like your exercising, you are exercising enough within my opinion. I suggest you drop your calories per morning by about 500 calories. Depending on your body and metabolism, you should lose your solidity within 1.5 - 4 months. Good luck, I hope you realize all your fitness goal =]
