1000 calorie a day diet (that's what my Dr put me on) and walking for 1 hour daily (again, Drs orders)

stick to a 1200 cal diet and exercise daily for like 5 months...if u cheat, ur only cheating urself.
Well if you gain muscle it makes you look thinner.
Eat healthy and when your bored thow around a 3 pound exercise ball.
