How do i carry toned for swimsuit season?

I'm 15 and 106 lbs. i DON'T want to lose weight! i.e. not what i want. I want to get toned so that i can be as tough as possible!

it would be great if someone could provide healthy foods and workouts to do. perchance even a daily regimen?

gratefulness!

Answers:    You've kinda got me for a moment confused. On the one hand, you want to be toned, and on the other, you read aloud you don't want to lose any weight and you're asking for diet and exercise recommendation which could result in losing counterweight.

I'll just rebuke your conflict and get right within to what works...

The best exercise for toning all over is swimming.
i do swim year round and the best road to be toned for a swim suit would be to SWIM! swimming works almost every muscle in ur body!! but if u can't do this than definetly try running push ups sit ups and believe it or no u should definetly try doing some gymnastics. it really help u stretch out everye muscle and tones up every muscle u r using! try eating
almonds
salads
PROTIEN!! - ham, nuts, any meat, peanut butter
bring a diagram of the food triangle and see how much of what u need respectively day. of late good food pyramid and it will show u appropriate food selection! hpe i helped! perfect luck
swim at community pools,do squats, lunges, crunches, pushups, running every day, guzzle lean meat(3 oz is the serving size) and lift small weights, approaching 5-10 lbs. add fun twists to your workout so you look forward to it. that's what i do :D
