If you get skinnier does your voice get higher?

it kind of makes sense to me. im currently on a mission to lose 22 pounds. by the time im done, will my voice be like different? i've heard that when you lose weight your voice gets higher.. is it true?

Answer:
Lots of artists will actually lose range in their voice by losing weight. Larger people typically have a larger lung capacity, and can hold more air to push their vocal cords farther (think the fat people in opera), so for some music artists who are bigger, losing weight would be the death of their career.
don't know.. never heard of it.
I don't see how losing weight could affect your voice.
no, but your **** go away!
i'm not sure ...i don't think your vocal cords have anything to do with weight

your voice box and body fat don' really have anything to do with the other =)
