What can you do to help touch your toes?

everyday push yourself to go an inch closer to your toes and when you are trying to get farther dont just push your self once and keep it there for 1 second keep it there for at least 20 seconds that will give your legs a chance to strech and become more flexible if you do this everyday then you'll get down to your toes in no time. this is how i got myself to touch the floor while standing and doing the splits. good luck =]
This will sounds strange, but it worked for me. I had a sprained ankle, and had to lace up the entire length of my leg in a brace. After that, I wore shoes with laces in them. Without realizing it, I had become more limber in the toe-touching department. So try ot wear lace up shoes, sit on the bed and tie your laces without bending your leg.
