What are some excercises i can do at home?

What are some excercises I can do at home, to workout my upper and lower body...i mean cardio. I dont wanna buy any DVDS or anything...i hold a small room, and can barely move surrounded by it...I have a bike, and I own a treadmill...I want to have a valid intense workout. Like burn 600 calories. But I want it to be for my upper and lower body.I dont care how long it take...I will do it.

Well i usually burn 300 calories on my treadmill, i got 5.0/10 for 30 mins but my dream is 45 mins and i started at 20 mins last week. Also i burn another 300 calories when i do my crunches, step climbers, push ups and ride my bike


It will nick a while to burn all of those calories around an a hour for the whole workout, but after a few weeks on the treadmill it get very boring so im joining a gym, you should also :)
What I do to excercise is I do the treadmill, and the steppers, and erect weights, and I also try and drink lots of water, and... chomp through right, and don't eat belated at night.
if you own a treadmill running will burn alot of calories and it works the whole body (running a mile contained by 5-6 minutes can burn around 1,000 calories!) . Also if you dont want to buy anymore equipment do lunges and squats for your legs. Trust me this saved my life span.
Well... There are many exercises you can do to enjoy an intense work out..

An intense work out means little to NO rest between sets or exercises.. Here are some home workouts you can do:

Lunges next to light weights
Push Ups
Crunches (shoulder and legs) purpose lift shoulders past its sell-by date ground when doing them and your legs...Squeeze your abs hard when doing any exercise to concentrate and isolate the muscle...
bicep curls- wishy-washy weight
Pull Ups

On your treadmill:
Walk
Jog
Run
Sprint
Also Use the Incline to intensify your cardio work out!

Stay on the treadmill for an hour. Also run on the treadmill for five minutes then hike onthe treadmill for the rest of your time on.
