i think i'm overweight & i really want to know if my weight is normal or not

Answer:
105-140 appear to be heatlhy weights for your height, according to this body mass index calculator.
well im 5'7 and im 123 pounds but idk
I am also 5'3 and the normal or average or should we really say...healthy weight ranges from 108-123. depends on your structuring. but in order to be really healthy you should focus more on your body fat percentage.

Check out a bmi (body mass index) calculator online. Yahoo's is http://health.yahoo.com/topic/weightloss...
the normal weight for a 5'3" woman is between 111-124 pounds
110-120ish
It depends on the amount of muscle you carry on your frame, because muscle weighs more than fat. hence athletes weigh rather more than the weight chart recommends, and yet are not overweight.
Meanwhile, weight watchers recommends a low weight of 113, and a high weight of 141 for your height.
5' 2" 109 125 131 137
5' 3" 113 130 135 141
5' 4" 117 134 140 146
5' 5" 120 138 144 150
A person of your height shouldn't weigh anymore than 145. This is according to the BMI or body mass index. This is a good tool to use in order to get an idea of your weight, but the best way to find out is by using the waist-hip-ratio. This is done by dividing your waist measurements by your hip measurements. You measure your waist at the smallest point which is just below your belly button, and you measure your hips at the biggest point usually where you butt is the largest. After measuring, you can enter it into this website and it will tell you if you are considered overweight: http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/wh...

I hope this helps.
