What kindsand how many sit up and push ups do i need to do each day to get toner in a mouth?
Answer:
Well it's not at all about quantity, it about the quality. You should be get fatigued with-in about 15 reps. If you aren't becoming fatigued, you need to alter the exercises in order to get a better burn. Try putting your arms above your head while doing sit-ups to increase intensity. Also, if you want to see your body become toned, it helps to do cardio too so that any access body fat will dissipate and your muscles will show easier.
just keep it up dont do anything to derastic cuz u might hurt or strain something and then u would have to stop workin out all together
Push ups and sit ups only? Figure out what your objective is. If its just to get toned, then yes isometrics (using your body weight) for exercises is fine. However, you will need to include both upper body and lower body exercises and alternate your large muscles groups every other day. You still have to conduct some sort of cardio component to your program.
Good luck
The best way is to work out until you're fatigued. Everybody has different needs, so there's no definitive answer. Think about it: a six-foot, 230 lb. football player will be able to do more sit/push ups than a six-foot, 300 lb slob. It's all about what you can do. Once it feels unbearable to do more, keep going and do about an extra 20-30. That works for my abs.
