Snacks??

im trying to loose weight wat are some good, healhty snacks i can eat?

Answer:
It's really all psychology in whatever you eat. If you're craving for something crunchy and dry, mix some pretzels and nuts. If you're craving for something cruncy but sweeter, try some baby carrots or celery sticks with fat free ranch. If you want something sweet and small, get a cup and mix it with sliced strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and/or blackberries with whipped cream and almonds on top. For something bigger, make a fruit bowl with sliced, natural fruits like peaches, cantaloupes, grapes, and apples. Don't buy the canned fruits because they're soaked in sugary water. When you slice the real fruits yourself, slice it over the bowl so you can get the natural juices and be completely healthy. :D Good luck!
snickers!
pppl stop freakin over what they look like!! it doesnt matter.
wheathins, triscuits, things that are low in fat and carbs.Look at the box before you buy things.
cucumbers, carrots, low fat yogurt, and any fruits and veggies are good. good luck ♥ :-D
You can buy the 100 calorie packs. They're in individual packages so you *technically* won't over eat them.
Tuna, fruits, veggies, salad, or just drink water!
apples
Veggies and fruit are great, and most grocery stores carry those "100 Calorie" snack packs that are a nice quick fix when you want something sweet or salty but not too much! I have seen almost every kind of snack in those 100-cal versions. I use them to help me stay on track doing Weight Watchers.
Best snack picks:

Whole grains. Whole-grain snacks are rich in fiber and complex carbohydrates, which give you energy that has some staying power. Look for items such as low-fat whole-grain crackers, whole-grain pretzels and whole-grain crispbreads.

Fruits and vegetables. Eating fruits and vegetables provides a feeling of fullness with no fat and only a small number of calories. They also provide vitamins, minerals, fiber and other nutrients.

Nuts and seeds. Nuts and seeds provide protein, which helps keep you feeling fuller longer. Nuts and seeds contain mostly monounsaturated fat, a healthy kind of fat. Nuts and seeds are high in calories, however, so don't eat them in large quantities.

Low-fat dairy products. Cheese, yogurt and other dairy products are good sources of calcium and protein, plus a variety of other vitamins and minerals. Dairy products can be high in fat, so choose the low-fat versions. Some yogurts have a lot of added sugar, so consider "light" yogurt if you want to limit your calorie intake.
Fruits are always a good snack to munch on. Vegetables like carrots, celery, tomatoes, etc... are also a healthy alternative. However, watch the Ranch!! There's no point in eating vegetables if you load it with Ranch.

Nuts are also good snacks but you must watch portions since they are loaded with calories. Eat them dry roasted and unsalted for maximum benefits.

A little bit of yogurt and natural peanut butter are also good snacks choices.

Basically, you can eat pretty much anything as long as you watch your portion size and remember to read the nutritional facts.

A rule of thumb for me is if I can't read or pronounce the ingredients on the ingredients list, I won't eat it. That way, I'm sure whatever I eat is natural.

Hope this helps!
veggies
almonds they are really good for you and you will be suprised how filling they are
I really like to take dried fruit, any kinds, berries, pineapples, anything but raisins since they are way high in sugars, and nuts (almonds, cashews, what ever kind you like) and freeze them. They dont freeze solid, they just get really cold. They are a yummy treat and I like the cold and frozen texture. I also like to make my own flavored yogurt just because it has less sugar and I can make it to any thickness I desire...Plain yogurt mixes with fruit...
100 calorie packs are a horrible idea. It doesn't matter that they are only 100 calories. It's still 100 calories of processed garbage.

Some good things have already been mentioned. The low carb idea is valid (which means NO crackers). Cottage cheese is great. Fruit/veggies are good. The cottage cheese is going to be a better option though. If you mix in some liquids, it will help you to stay full without getting a lot of extra calories (that means a 0 calorie drink - preferably water or green tea). Some nuts would be ok as well, but watch out for these as they tend to contain a lot of calories. Fortunately the calories come from protein and healthy fats, two of the key food categories for losing weight.
