There is no "specific weight" that triggers a heart attack. I've see some very obese inhabitants that live a long time that way.
it adjectives depends on what his body can take. view some of the stories on discovery health. they own cases where the individual weighs over a thousand pounds and is still kickin. but i'd say aloud 230 at 5 ft isn't exactly husky anymore. i'd see if he would be willing to capture some help or I don`t know move the regrigerator a few blocks down the road.
