Too much popcorn wan?

Okay I eat 2 heaps of while at work{5 days a week}.Sometimes only partly a bag depending on whatelse I hold but anyway.This health nut chick at my work say I'm gonna have a heart attack from adjectives the popcorn.I don't add brackish but I do buy the extra butter{or movie butter depending on brand name}.It's cheaper than doritos{I won't buy off brand or "healthy" chips}.So how sick can this really be for me?
