i know exactly what you mingy! the time and energy newly doesn't seem to be in attendance.try and incorporate your bub into the workout.take her next to you on a hour long walk and try and stop contained by at the local park and put her in the baby-swing and push her.
also at 6 months older she could be going to swimming lessons which is also a touch bit of a workout for you as you will have to progress in the river with her.devout luck!
