Find a picture where you think you look fat. Put it where you can see it every morning, like your bathroom mirror. That's all the reminder that you will need.
I'm with the girl above - find a picture of yourself that you look fat in, make copies of it and put it everywhere in your house. I started working out at 19, and what kept me motivated is knowing that if I don't workout and eat right, I'm going to look like all the other chunky girls out there. That's not good enough for me. I want to be better than the average person, and to be better than the average person, you have to work harder than the average person. Keep that in mind. You may however, just be an average person, and be doomed to be mediocre your entire life. It's your decision. Good luck.
Okay first of all, maybe you should make a chart.
Like "Run 5 minutes" and if you bail out add an extra 5-10 [w.e] minutes to your chart for the next time.
I'm trying to lose about 30-40 pounds. I dance about 3 times a day for about 2 hours each time and for me it's really easy to be motivated.
Just tell your self, "I wanna look good and healthy" and it will come naturally and you will WANT to exercise. I dance to a lot of my cultures/spanish music [durango, ranchero, reggaeton] so it's really fun.
Drink plenty of water, to stay hydrated. After a few days you'll feel the difference and you will automatically STAY motivated because you'll have gained so much more energy.
