After eating a dinner, how long should you wait before excercising and working out?

Answer:
It takes lean meat(such as turkey,fish,chicken) at least 3 days to digest, and that is whith a strong system.It takes heavy meat's such as beef and Pork weeks to digest. If u are just asking how long to wait untl working out i would say 30-45 minutes and u will be ok.
