Does Weight Watchers work?

Is it expensive?

Answer:
You have to pay a one time enrollment fee and then the weekly fee. The weekly fee varies by where you live. Anywhere from $10-15. It's a great program and can give you moral support if you find it hard to diet alone. Go to a few different meetings and see which WW counselor/speaker you like the best and then go to his/her meetings. Some of the counselors are great. Good luck with your weight loss. It's good that you are doing something sensible that can keep the weight off.
It works if you follow it. As for cost it depends on your finances. I think its up to like $20 a week now.
Lots of women I've known have had success with it, when other things didn't work.

It's a little expensive, like maybe 35 dollars a month, or so.
yes it works, yes it can be.
you pay a fee each time and you buy the food that they say to eat.
if you go by everything they say it will work -a friend lost 200 pds on that program over a period of 4 years.
Hi, I lost 2 and a half stone doing weighwatchers. I only went to the first meeting to get the books then did it at home. If you follow it you will lose weight! Look out for the vouchers in magazines and paers to register free. It cost £4.50 a week if you do go to the meetings and £10 for your journal, eating out guide, points value of food books and your manual to explain how to do the diet. You should give it a go, you have nothing to lose! Apart from weight!
It does work while you are on it. They give you choices of healthy foods and control the portion size. When you come off the diet, if you don't continue to follow it, the weight will return and bring extra friends along, too.
I paid somewhere around $190.00 for three months which I thought was a little pricey. However, it worked really well for me. I lost 30 pounds in those 3 months.
Yes, it really works and only costs $13/ week. I would recommend it to anyone.
