Yes; i've done it. 2-3 servings of low or nonfat dairy, 5 servings of fruit or veggies, 8 glasses of water,, a little salad dressing on my salad, 2 3 oz servings of meat or fish, 2 servings of rice/pasta/bread/potatoes or cereal. No dessert, no alcohol no soda. 3 planned meals and 2 planned snacks.
