hey! I was just wondering, what is a good exercise for a 13 year old to do over the summer. Like yoga, pilates, etc. Which one is the best? Also, what do you wear when you go to a yoga or pilates etc. class and where can you find them?

I think that yoga, and walking are the best, that is what i do. I am 13 yrs. old too. If you have cable, go on channel 71, It is FIT TV. It has yoga, pilates, workouts of everykind, and it gives you tips too. walk for about an 1 hr. a day and 1 hr of yoga. And drink lots of water and tea( lipton tea has no calories and VERY healthy) and eats fruits, vegetables, yogurt, and not too much milk. Too much milk can make you very sick. I say 2 cups of milk a day. Just stick to a plan and you will get results. Good luck!
