Im on a diet to lose fat and get abs. how long should i work out for and what should do.?
Answer:
Are you working out at home or a gym (do you have access to an exercise bike) I have just started high intensity interval training. 3 x per week I do 20mins on an exercise bike, broken up into intervals of an 8 second sprint followed by a 12 second recovery. It is hard work and depending on your current level of fitness you might not be able to do the whole 20mins right away, but you can work up to it. Aside from massive cardio fitness gains you will also burn calories incredibly well!! You can increase you abdominal strength by remembering to lock on your abs whenever you are weight training (this is called an isometric contraction) It will also ensure good support for your torso while strength training. Another good exercise for this is single leg squats or the plank (sometimes known as a hover).
On the days you do not interval train do longer periods of lower intensity cardio training. Combined with a strength training program you will be well on your way to getting the body you want. It well may be that you have good strong muscle, it is simply hiding under some fat. Getting rid of that fat is what will give you the tone/definition that you want.
I have tried many diets to lose weight and it worked for the short term, however, I was looking for long term results. I'm using an all natural and safe fat burning patch which burns fat, preserves your muscles, enhances your muscle tone etc...
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
