Is my diet working?

Since i read about Atkin's diet,where u consume proteins-only,and avoid carbohydrates I came to next idea,please post your oppinion on this

Since i sleep 4-7 hours only i made next plan

Would it work if i eat proteins in the day for example,and make break of 6 hours and than i start taking carbohydrates in night time

I would avoid fats,anything that comes from milk products is unnacceptable,no oil...everything boiled

Integral bread,by the way why people eat integral bread when it has less calories and doesnt make you fed up? does it actually kill your apetite or somthing??

My initial thoughts on what you've posted is that separation of fats and proteins from carbohydrates can be helpful in weight-loss . . . see Suzanne Summer's book . . . "Loose Weight on Fabulous Food"
If you are going to engage in this type of separation, it is best to consume your carbohydrates earlier in the day, rather than before bedtime.
Also, I would caution you against the avoidance of fats, and advise you to become educated on healthy vs. unhealthy fats, as there are many fats essential to your good health and you can be doing much more harm than good by avoiding fats completely.

Personally, I wouldn't eat carbs at night. You should eat more carbs and proteins earlier in the day, therefore you will have all day to burn them off.
The Atkins diet is based on severely limiting all carbohydrates in order to force your body to burn fat instead of glycogen (which you make from carbs). I run a lot and have never done Atkins personally, but from all my friends that have tried it, if you "cheat" and eat more carbs than you're allowed, you'll gain weight back. Most of it is water weight because glycogen needs to have water bound with it to keep it soluble.

If "integral bread" is the same as 100% whole wheat bread, it's what you should be eating...it's much better than white bread. But I don't know if it's allowed on the Atkins diet.
In my opinion, I don't think you should work out on one food source category. Your meals should be light and have a little bit of every category in it. I used this plan and exercised and lost a lot of weight. More then I needed to loose. Your diet should be balanced. And the body need a little bit of fat to work properly. I'm not telling you to just eat oily foods, I'm just saying that healthy oils is good for you. And the body needs Calcium, which comes in milk products. Just have some Fat-Free yogurt. Do you have time to make sure you are doind all of that?I got lost as I was reading your question.You ought not be a slave to diet.There is no real diet.You have to exercise and you have to eat right.I have been on the Atkin's Diet.The first 2 weeks are hard because your carbs are so restricted.I did not do well.I felt I was going to pass out all the time.Why? Because my body did not have enough to run on.Also,I cheated the second week and had a cookie.Worst thing to do.I felt I was dying because my body got very sick.Noone needs that kind of diet.Do yourself a favor and eat from the 4 food groups and exercise.
The Atkins diet is very unhealthy. You should eat good fats that help you burn fat. Eat plenty of good carbs which your brain needs. Avoid bad carbs.
