now in your case according to your hieght your ideal weight should go around 45 - 46 kgs.

Dear u dont need to look for calories at this age.. u just need to eat meals which can provide u enough stuff for ur body. U shd go for easily digestable stuff like papaya.. mango, things like that. And in 30 days u can only reduce abt 3-4 kgs.. nt more than that..ok? so start drinking water if u actually want to reduce ur weigh.. lots of water...
