Do you think 5'4" 160 is fat ?

i play alot of sports

Answer:
Yu sound quite nice to me. anyway it's not the weight that matters so much as what form it's in and how it's proportioned. I'm sure you're lovely.
depends on how old you are. go on the interent, search BMI chart, and then int will tell you :D
A little, but not like obese or anything. I do the same, so your probably in the same boat as me. Joust be conscious of what you eat and continuie to exersize and you will be fine.
well...are u really musculer? if not then yes I guess ur a little fat. Besides we need age to know if ur like 13 then thats bad if ur like 17 or older then its not terrible.
yeah sort of, you should be at 130 or around there
Well if its muscle you have on you then no your not fat. But normal weight range for 5'4 is 114-145LBS. But like I said, if you do lots of excersise then you must be musculer, muscle weighs more then fat.
Being 5'4 and 160 gives you a BMI of 27.5... which is well into the overweight range, even for an athlete. Getting down to 140-145 would put you into the healthy range.
well according to medicine it would be considered overweight because of your height, so maybe try to be around 145 to 150 then it would be a better weight
yes
perfectly normal. =]
Yes. I'm 6'1" 160.
The healthy weight range for someone who is 5'4" and female is 111lbs. - 146lbs.

It also depends on age!!
No, you don't sound it to me. Of course it all depends on how old you are and how well developed. But muscle is heavier than fat, just keep that in mind. You sound fine to me though, and I'm sure you look lovely.
it depends if its all muscle, all fat, or a mixture. if the person is tone and works out, then that's probably fine, but if not, it might be a good idea to loose a few
HELL NO!! Thats me and Im DAMN proud. Who cares what anyone else thinks as long as you are happy with yourself!
Well, I'm 5'5" and weigh 165 and I don't think I'm fat. I do go to the gym 5 times a week and exrcise alot though. I have a bit of a belly...hehehe....have a good one sport! ;)
