you dont want to gain fat right? you want to gian muscle then. start lifting weights. dont worry about looking like a bodybuilder. women cannot build huge msucles without drugs. 17 lbs is alot. it would take 3-4 years for an avergae person to gain that much muscle.
Gaining weight is a function of calories eaten and exercise. If you want muscle added, then eat more and exercise more. If you want fat, then eat more and be sedentary (do walk or swim for mobility). I chose the latter as you can see - I ate and do eat more and am sedentary.
