Breakfast
2 bowls of Cream of Wheat with 1/4 cup of 2% reduce fat milk, sweetened with splenda.
Snack
protein shake and protein bar
Lunch
2 tuna sandwiches made with 2 slices of honey wheat bread, and 2 slices of 100% whole wheat bread, 1 can of tuna in water(6oz), and carrot sticks.
Snack
3 cups of Fiber Plus Honey Clusters with 1 cup of 2% reduce fat milk.
Dinner
1 medium steak grilled with corn
Snack
Protein shake.
Is this a good way to eat, and get my calories in? Will eat these types of food have result with fat, even if i lift weights and sit-ups and push-ups.

looks good, lots of protein. Might want to add more vegetables.
Add some fast food and more desserts and you will be set.
Don't eat so much fiber or you will become best friends with your toilet!
