Answers: I'm bulking right immediately.
My fridge and cabinets are chock-a-block with eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, steak, dry oats, brown rice, brocolli, spinach/salad stuff, tuna, wheat bread, milk, peanut butter, wheat pasta, etc.
If you can't bring back all that, sort sure you at least hold eggs, milk, peanut butter, oats, and some kind of chicken/meat.
After workout hold some whey protein with some milk, a banana, and some dry oats surrounded by a smoothie. Tastes like crap but it works.
Try drinking lots of protein. Bananas are good to put away before or after exercizing because they prevent muscles from tightening up and cramping or getting sore. Just be sure to put away breakfast every day so you hold fuel for your body as well as your brain.
