Answer:
It's not really going to relieve you lose that much weight, but I'll try to bestow you some advice. It's a apposite choice if you stick with it and munch through the right foods.

I've been a lacto-vegetarian for 10 years now (since I be 6) and I'm perfectly sound. It was effortless for me to become one, but that's because I hate meat. It repulses me. But to save my protein level clean, I eat tofu, beans, hummus, etc. Tofu might nouns gross to you, but it really isn't if you fry it in a curry or peanut sauce and serve it over white rice or noodles...it comes out enticing. Hummus is good as a spread for bread, wraps, or a dip for tortilla chips, etc.

So unsophisticatedly, you just own to give it a shot and see if your body adjust well. If you love meat, you can of late eat soy meat. It doesn't chew that much different, and it is much better for you.

Good luck hon!
watch video of what the do to animals.
that helps.
oh, and next watch animal trialling
and then see what people do for KFC chicken
it depends on the character if u are i big meat eater then it will be super not easy and if ur not much of a meat eater ull hav no problem
become a vegetarian, but still gain adequate protein.
you can guzzle hummus, and black beans. they are delicious. lentils are also super fiber chock-full and good.
a short time ago make sure you find protein and load on the veggies and fruits. you'll find human being a vegetarian is stodgy and healthy.
I lost 135lbs contained by 9 months by giving up the meat. Start slow by giving up beef first, then pork, consequently chicken etc..there are heaps meat substitutes out there that can assist with the transition. Good luck!!
i b/c lacto-vegetarian slowly.first i cut out pork,then hamburgers,after poultry.i better for body.at first its hard but after a month i couldn't remember what meat drink like and didn't hold desire 2 eat meat.
It's really not ebb and flow hard. There are plenty of meal out there that don't require meat. The with the sole purpose really hard cog is going out to eat at someone's house, who doesn't rather understand the concept of a lacto-vegetarian.
Becoming a vegetarian really wasn't concrete at all. And I'm the singular Veg Head in the inherited!! Before I became one, I researched it for MONTHS, because I needed to make sure that this be something I wanted to do. And consequently I set an EXACT date of when I would start becoming vegetarian[this helps for society who say, "there's other tomorrow"]. There's a website that really helped me out...they give the whole history of vegetarianism and why society become vegetarian:

www.veggie123.com

If things don't work out, you can other try again if this is something you really want to do.

Hope things work out!
Elisa,

Becoming a vegitarian isn't necessarily hard, but I would not do it to lose rather "weight." Honestly, you own to be pretty diciplined because you have to find alternate sources of protien that you will be giving up minus eating meat.

If you want to lose a touch weight look to get through a good on the edge diet not just removing meat.

I hope everything works out. My girlfriend is a vegatarian and she like it, but its hard for her.
