Crunches. HELP??
i enjoy the skinnest stomach. but it isnt muscle.
are there ways besides regular crunches on the ground and besides the bender bubble, ab loounge. etc.

Yes here are a few good exercises for your abs and when i enunciate a few, i mean 33 right here next to no equipment:

Do Bridge Position, on your arms and feet, your abs are used to stabalize your body, thus getting stronger. Also, use an ab mechanism like the one near a weightstack at a gym. For some reason it really strengthened my abs.
There's no great stealthy to abs except dieting to reveal them. All those exercises simply utilize your body weight and are great to build lack of complaint and firmness to your muscles. Use weight resistance if you want to build abs.
But surrounded by most cases there is still a level of fat higher than the abs that needs to be taken away past abs are revealed. You need around 10% body curvy to start getting cut looking abs.
