i know it's a vastly bad counsel but...this is the easiest way. chomp through laxatives, vomit what you ate, don't eat anything, drink river.
or
a safer way: voice no to dinner and snacks. don't eat too much for lunch!
stop ingestion as much and drink a lot of sea.. simple as that
do cardio workouts at least every otherday, approaching running, or treadmill, it works for me, so try it too
Eat less.
Exercise more.
chomp through small meals throughout the afternoon. like 200-300 calories every 3 or 4 hours. drink lots of wet. exercise a lot. don't put away fatty foods but you still need some fat for energy. drink milk for protein and vigour also. should help=]
