Is this healthy?

is burning 1,000 calories a day healthy? or not?
suggestions?

Answer:
Sure, its healthy if you're eating enough. Don't have a deficit of more than 1,000 calories a day total. So to be healthy, you should really make sure to consume at least a good 2,400 calories per day.
maybe depends i think burnig 1,500 - 2,500 is more healthy
WOW! Tell ME how! I wanna burn that much!
as long as you're getting enough calories to get you through the day and wont leave you feeling exhausted or dizzy.
According to the website below, which is where I get all my dieting info, that is not healthy. It really depends on your size, height and age. If you are trying to lose weight I would recommend doing one of the diet plans in the website.
THAT IS TOTALLY HEALTHY! I WANNA KNOW HOW TO DO THAT!

AS LONG AS YOU EAT RIGHT, YOU'RE GOING TO BE FINE.
It is healthy if you are eating enough to counter act what you are burning off. I just went for a 20 mile hike this past weekend and burned over 1,900 cal. I just added some extra protien and a shake and will still see great results.
ummm... thats kinda alot.
i think... its a little bit too much.
