i am a size 5/7 (ahhhh) and i think im a whale,
im tired of general public telling me i am "average" i want them to say aloud "youre skinny"
my new years resolution is to be a size 1 within hollister jeans...
but i need your serve getting there!!
I weigh almost 140 (yuck!)
isnt that a huge number??
Please facilitate me find the eaiest way to lose weightiness without going to a gym,
and how much do you reflect on i will have to weigh to be a size 1?
my friends are a size 3 and they are in the region of 130 ish.

Answers: I will deffinatly say that you own an awsome goal. I would love to be a size 1. I am also 140 lbs. So far, I am ingestion smaller portions and I just have a feeling better about myself. I drink singular water or red juice and I am consumption fruits instead of chips. Its making me feel better roughly myself and I think it will oblige you too!
Start a diet - any diet you find and like, as lots of them are really working. I can suggest you Japanese diet .
Exercise - it can be just way of walking (5 km per day at the beginning), run, hop,swim
