I wanted to try the south beach diet. I am reading the book and looking at the meals in phase 1. I was wondering If I didn't like one dinner plan, If I could use a different dinner plan from another day? Like, the 4th day for dinner is salmon. If I dont like salmon, can I use the chicken recipe for day 5 instead? If I like one breakfast, can I eat that one everyday or do i have to follow the day by day recipes, or are they all the same in the end? I hope I made sense! =) Thanks.

Check out South Beach Diet Quick and Easy Cookbook -- it has some great recipes! (My favorite is the shrimp, snow peas and soy sauce.) Good luck!! (You'll do great!)
P.S. You can absolutely mix it up -- just as long as you are not adding food that is off the diet -- like Twinkies. (lol)
