The best thing to do is to eat healthy (1200 calories) per day, and excersise. You have to acually DO something. Get up, go for a walk, constantly move around. Don't sit on the couch and eat potato chips. Drink water only!! you can get flavored water with 0 calories, and crystal light packets with only 5 calories. Also take a multivitiman! This will make you an overall healthier and happier person in general ANNND help you to lose weight. GOOD LUCK!

Why did he advice you to do tummy crunches? I was told to work out a little when I was pregnant. You could keep with your healthy foods. I walk alot I put sweats on and walk for a few hours sweating helps loose weight. Maybe try water pills, they say it helps never tried them myself. Good luck
