today i was really inactive which isnt normal for me. im 13 years aged and a little smaller quantity then 85 lbs. how abundant calories can i eat next to no exersize? assuming that your body needs a indisputable amount just to survive

Answer:
if you're an athlete, 2000 calories a morning
if not than its 1500 a light of day.
but this is for adults.
because you're 13, you should lower it to 1000.
For kids... maybe an egg a sunshine is enough ... heheh
I enjoy a good website here where on earth you can calculate how copious calories you need a daylight.

Eat solely when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing save for water within between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits contained by each suppertime, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at lowest 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take restrained exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a light of day.

U will achieve what u own not even dreamt and that too in a fair time. Do not be in a hurry.
