Any work out ideas to win rid of them?

First you need to be doing cardio, cardio is what burns lots of calories and get rid of the fat covering your muscles. You should be doing in the order of an hour of cardio most days of the week. As far as toning your abs you should be doing crunches, side crunches, reverse crunches on a ball, the pilates 100 etc. Lean toned muscle burns flab so work on your muscles but remember cardio is super important!
Eat with the sole purpose when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing save for water surrounded by between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits surrounded by each breakfast time, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at lowest possible 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take feathery exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a year.

U will achieve what u enjoy not even dreamt and that too in a average time. Do not be in a hurry.
leg ups= story on your side life your leg up giant, repeat about 10-20 times, after swap legs. Do this about twice a time. It works wonders.

Biking= great for hips and legs.

Swimming= works all you muscles.

Walking= tones legs.

AND... Have a good diet, don't eat too much unwanted items. You know what they say... (well my mum told me!) "2 minutes of pleasure, energy time on yiour hips" ! That isn't actually true, but it can be rock-hard to lose.
