Weight...i entail backing?

i want to weigh 110 wen i re,enter h.s in sept. right k i weigh 122 and am 5"3..and 15yrs matured.. i speed walk every morning 5 miles and increase everyday..i also do some onther simple exercises during the sunshine butt i still weigh the same point..if i stop eating alot will i loose shipment quicker??

No stopping eating will not form you lose it quicker, because when you start again your body will store all the food your ingestion as fat for subsequently energy. The best item to do is to cut your calorie intake and eat 5 small meal a day. By doing this your body get used to being feed every few hours and burns off the food your put into it because it know its going to be fed again.
An example of a afternoon would be
Breakfast 1 cup of cereal
Snack a piece of fruit or some veggies
Lunch a salad
Snack a granola bar
Dinner chicken next to veggies no butter
yea if you excerise don't eat alot put away lil amounts of food everyday .. like so you dont overeat yourself you should do jog too

Dont ever stop consumption! its the dumbest thing you could ever do! I myself used to weigh 122 pounds and presently im 112! All i have to do is put away vegetables like crazy! And do a walk briskly once and a wile :) Also cut down on the junk food that will throw you bad. :)
Nope eating more can propose burning more just get through the right foods.
