Answer:
What you're getting is called a muscle reaction and it is caused by breaking down a muscle and then trying to use it even more. It's common to get a muscle reaction after working out with too much weight or using a weed whacker for example. But like I said, it's a reaction to a muscle being broken down. But if it starts to happen when you're not working out, then see your doctor.
its normal, it just means that you're pushing your self too far, and the boxes are too heavy
cuz u exceeded ur max
If you have a wiry frame, this is ok. When beginning a regime to gain muscle, remember that repetition is the key to a small frames success. Instead of repeating a large object a few times, use very small weights with many repetitions and over an extended period of time. When that activity no longer "burns". Over a period of days to months. Then move up to a larger size. Some people need to build up to pushups.
I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her. I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at
http://www.myl2you.info , my aunt got a free trial and paid only 6.95$ shipping and handling.
