When I'm walking fast or jog.after a while, my stomach feels similar to its getting sucked in. and but when I stop, and I look contained by my mirror, my stomach seems to be bigger than it be when I started! it looks like a balloon! WHY??? im trying to lose substance on my stomach, not gain it. and im eating stout too.

maybe its some sort of muscle spasm...cuz my brother could inflate his stomach conscious.

Maybe your intake too much before you work out, or your imagine it. I know soda, and certain food make you bloat, and exercising can exasperate it. Idk...that's what I think.
