Everyone's bodies varies, but your not going to see much results surrounded by 6 weeks. You might gain some strength but even if you continue your workout routine, you won't see much improvements. dont push your self into these types of things. its not well. protein shakes are a great start. keep up what your doing. your doing a honest job. but if you stress your body to far it could cost you your football season and possibly your muscles.
I wouldn't walk nuts on those protein shakes... see how many calories are at hand. If you're chubby, you can use that fat for gusto.

High weights, low repititions come across to do the trick. Get some body building magazines for tips too. From what I've see the "big boys" at the gym doing, they're doing a Maximum of 5 reps with substance so heavy that they can only just lift that second rep. If you're speeding through your reps and the last one isn't that unyielding, it's not a high plenty weight.
