i would like to lose some solidity. i am very confused on what to do. i am one and only 16 years old and when i brought up the perception of weight watchers to my doctor, she asked me what is the wonderful calorie intake of 20 points (thats how many points i would chomp through per day), i said just just about 1200 calories. and than she says to me no thats not ample calories for you. so, my other idea be to just munch through balanced approaching, breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, and than the third snack would be optional. adjectives would be healthy (of course) and the meal would all be spread out inside a 2-3 hour period. so, i guess i'd be drinking 5-6 small meals per hours of daylight. i am not a diet expert. also, in expressions of exercise is 3x per week of cardio for 30 minutes enough? burning 600 calories per time is just too much for me to do. i hear thats what you had to burn within order to lose shipment.
