It may be unhealthy to lose that much surrounded by 2 mos.
I hope you accept the stand up against, but maybe you could work on the language. speak to your doctor on what will be a realistic aim without famishing yourself. when you come up near something maybe you can work some jargon out with your friend (example- perchance 35lbs in 2mos) or 50 lbs within 5 or 6 mos).
Anyway once you get a plan, and want to progress by it---- get a programme down and stick to it. Work out in the morning and evening. work on a diet plan so you can plan your meal ahead if time- and if you work hard and stay disciplined you will make your goals!
PS- take care of stretching yourself too far, dehydration and malnutrition could be something that could brand you very sick and abolish your past substance loss.

Just go to the gym approaching everyday for 2 hours. Don't eat any unwanted items food. Don't eat too much at every teatime. Eat lots of salads.
Even if you loose the challenge you don't really loose anything because you will enjoy lost some weight and should be proud of that.

for that amount of time
but they only did it for approaching a couple days.
idk if it is safe for that amount of time.
Then you also own to take tons of supplements for close to calcium etc

oh and if you do that, try and individual work out for 2-3 hours MAX a day, more than that could hurt you like mad
