Is my exercise routine adjectives right?? Suggestions please!!?

Congrats on deciding to start off an exercise routine. First, I will start off by reminding you that fitness process that your body can be "stressed" and recover contained by a short amount of time. When you say that you will start doing all of the above mentioned exercises everyday. I hope that you will breed sure that you are properly fueling (eating) and hydrating (drinking enough water) respectively day, plus RESTING appropriately.
The number of exercises you mentioned is not a large amount, however, once your body adapts to the routine, you may stop seeing progress. You hold to vary your routine every 6 weeks and increase the "resistance". This scheme doing more reps and/or sets as you get stronger. Being fit is a great point, it allows you to enjoy vivacity more. Which is important, do not become exercised crazed that you forget to enjoy enthusiasm. You are 14 and it is key that you savour and experience life to its fullest.

Don't do any of what you have scheduled. You should do interval training. You can incorporate this with your jog. This can be made to be very thoroughly intense. Run up hills and run down; sprint to a post along the road, or a tree in the park, after jog to the subsequent one, then sprint, hurry, sprint to the next one. Best results be found if you run hard for 8 second, jog for 12 second repeat for 20 minutes three times a daytime.
I thnk jogging is better. It is the best exercise.I am also 14 yrs.

hey!! wow,you must be amazing to do so much exercise.but similar to you said...it only looks abundantly...guess what,i'm a 14 year old boy who does indistinguishable exercise routine that you do.with a few exceptions.and i must read aloud this routine of yours rocks!you'll be having rock firm abs and a chiselled body by the time you're 15!!and twice a day.whoa!! i myself do it basically once a day( mostly becuz i don't get time) but if you're relatively fit as you voice then once a daylight would be fine!! i'll say it again..your routine rocks!! fitting luck!
that isnt bad but ego add a couple of hours more contained by between. and yes you do have to run. near is no way around it if you are looking to keep hold of firm. girls your age are at there finest so as to preserve that way running is a must. a mile every couple of days would be fine. If you enjoy acess to a gym then you can work out beside light weights. as you know though diet characterization eating the right foods within normal proportions is deeply important too. that doesnt tight starving yourself merely eat healty and indulge once surrounded by a while to treat yourself. i know this stuff cause i work out every dang light of day! hahaha lol ok no bike riding doesnt make up the cardio. but arobics does. listen you really should run atleast a touch. dont have acess to a gym i realize no biggie but please add rather running to your program hope this helps honest luck
you're doing this twice per day? you're going to manage something called over training. this will not achieve you fit. spread your routine out through out the week. and you'd be better off working one or two muscle groups, not adjectives of them in like peas in a pod routine.

Chest Dip Use chest assisted dip machine. 2 sets of 15-20 reps next to 1 min rest in between
Hover Hover for 1 minute, 3 times
Machine Shoulder Press 2 sets of 20 reps, 30 second rest
Cable Curl 2 sets of 20 reps, 30 seconds rest
Tricep Extension 2 sets of 20 reps, 30 second rest
Wednesday
Smith Machine Squat 3 sets of 20 reps, 1 minute rest between sets
Seated calf Raise 2 sets of 25 reps, 30 seconds rest
Lat Pull Down 3 sets of 20 reps, 30 second rest
Dumbbell Flys 3 sets of 20 reps, 30 seconds rest
Decline Sit Ups 2 sets of max reps, 30 second rest
Tricep Kickback 2 sets of 20 reps
Standing Dumbbell Curl 2 sets of 20 reps
Friday
Dumbbell Lunge 10 on each leg, 3 sets. 1 min rest between sets
Wide Grip Pull Up Use assisted chin up tool. 20 reps, 3 sets
Barbell Bench Press 3 sets of 15-25 reps. 1min rest
Standing Barbell Curl 2 sets of 20 reps
Tricep Bench Dip 2 sets of 20 reps
Horizontal Leg Raise 2 sets of maximum reps with 1-2 mins rest
cardio can be done on past its sell-by date days or on the workout days.
Thats good, purely remember it will get boring eventually so plan ahead and mix it up. Buy fitness magazine so you can learn exotic moves. Thats one of the main reason people dont stick to their work outs (it get boring) And if i were you i would only just do it once a day. for in a minute. If you want to kick it up try doing three sets of respectively exercise and 12-15 reps per set. Since youre not trying to burn fat but build lean muscle you dont want to over do it. Remember: drink lots of water every daytime, eat lots and lots of angelic lean protein (chicken, fish, etc) and dont over fatiuge your muscles because if you over do it you wont be doing anything good for your body.
