Sorry to convey you but you could do a milllion situps a day and still not hold a six pack sorry the reason why population do crunches or situps is so that when they get near abs showing they are really strong and hard, ever notice a really skinny kids abs you can punch them and it hurts them just resembling punching a chubby person within the abs, the only road your gonig to get abs is by a strict diet and cardio but it's capably worth it when you take rotten your shirt, Just eat chicken breast or fish or something for more or less a month or two and when you do cardio you dont have to run, jogging work's on the heart, walking works on the corpulent. Play heaps of sport, i singular hav a 2, maybe a 4 pack. i used to be rlly over mass but i did 50 sit ups, 20 seconds of lifting urself quarter path up in a sit up, and hold for 20 second, 60 reverse sit ups and 20 leg lifts, e v e r y n i g h t... do a sport close to badminton. i play it. some people reckon its rlly unpromising but if u look at the top players all of them are skinny and fit. it take it out of ya, just try firm and push urself, also swimming is good... i am at the shoreline heaps, and it keeps u moderately fit
