Man, these protein shakes are not correct, I used to drink those and yes there is an effect, but why the **** you want to drink the in one piece periodic table? I even have a problem with my lymphs and the doctor explained that this may be cause of those protein shakes plus that shakes are very unpromising for the liver and kidneys, do not drink heaviliy alchohol when taking those. Good muscle mass is not made quickly, because it will shrinking quickly and u will after look like an used sack. U have to own a diet, get proteins from meat, milk, eggs, avoid fat as much as possible, and also it is very central to determine the right weight to rebel the muscles beyound their normal resitance but not exaust them too much so they cannot rest.
You may want to load up on other sources of protein, preferably lean protein and use the protein shakes as supplements. You may also want to follow a more rigorous but well weightlifting plans.
