Think I can lose 20 pounds by the call a halt of the summer next to this plan?

I never really exercised much before, but I'm presently walking every morning for an hour with some running and consumption a very strict nutritional diet [the body for natural life one,6 meals,small portions]
reflect I can do it if I stick to this?
